CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
The best way to get started is to give us a call and coming to see the classes in action. If you like what you see and want to take things further, the best way to get started is for us to arrange a time for you come along and try a session. You will then complete a form that asks you a series of questions about your medical history, current health, fitness and objectives.
One of our instructors will also then assess your posture, alongside the information in your form and, in the case of studio devise a unique programme to meet your precise needs. For group classes we will then advise which is the best class for you to join.
Class & Workshop Sizes
Mat Classes – Maximum 6 people per session
Studio Classes – Maximum 3 people per session
Nutrition Workshops – Maximum 24 people
Injury Taping Workshop – Maximum 12 people
Running Club – Maximum 12 people per group

GP Referral Scheme
The GP exercise referral scheme lasts for 12 weeks and is supervised by qualified staff who will make sure that you will have a safe, effective and enjoyable start to a more active healthier lifestyle.
Who will it Benefit?
Exercise can play a key role in assisting postoperative recovery, mobility, insomnia, back pain and weight loss, as well as improving self-esteem and fitness. In addition, research has shown that regular exercise can improve a broad range of physical and psychological medical conditions including:
Angina / Anxiety & Depression / Arthritis / Asthma / Cardiovascular Disease / Diabetes / High & Low Blood Pressure / High Cholesterol / Obesity
How the GP Referral Scheme Operates?
A local GP, Practice Nurse, Consultant or other medical professional refers patients by issuing them with a Referral Form. This referral gives details of any medical problems the patient may have which will need consdieration when our practitioners are designing an appropriate exercise regime.
Following a referral by your Medical Professional, you must make an appointment for an initial assessment. Please bring along your referral form to your first appointment for your practitioner to see and assess the document.
At the end of the 12 weeks course, a final assessment will be conducted to show the results that have been achieved and suggest ongoing exercises and programmes.
